Fred counsels, advises and represents management and individual employees in a wide-variety of employment and labor law matters, including issues involving hiring employees, discipline and discharge, separation agreements, non-compete issues, employment discrimination, harassment, wage & hour matters, pay and benefits, drug testing, compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act, collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, and the National Labor Relations Act matters.
